How I work:

I combine traditional talking therapies with Integrative Arts Psychotherapy. Rather than having a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw upon what is relevant from multiple theoretical and practical learnings to hold you as an individual; helping you gain understanding and change in your life.

Some people prefer to speak things through in their sessions. Others may find combining creative approaches allows for expression when something isn’t reachable through words alone.

I offer a bespoke service tailored to your needs. Together we will find ways of working that meet you where you’re at.

You do not need experience, talent, or even an interest in art to get something from art therapy. Work made is process-based and free of judgement. Please get in touch if you have questions, or for an initial session to talk about how this might work for you.

About Me

My name is Cass

I am a qualified Arts Psychotherapist. I trained for 4 years at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, and two years prior to that in Person-Centred Counselling at Carino Counselling.

My practice is trauma-informed. I work holistically and relationally; using attachment, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches throughout seven art forms.

I have lived experience of neurodiversity, and aim to run a neuro-affirming practice. If you have needs in this area, please feel free to discuss them with me.
